  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6-7 slice
    crisp bacon or turkey bacon (can use ham)
  • ·
    mushroom pieces
  • 4
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion or green onion
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or light margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    light salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk or low-fat milk

How to Make Crustless Quiche


  1. Butter 10 inch pie plate or quiche pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon or ham in bottom of the pan. In the blender put eggs, flour, butter, salt, pepper, onion and milk. Blend for 1 minutes. Pour on top of cheese and bacon or ham.
  2. Blend 1 minute. Bake 350F degrees for 35 minutes. Let it stand 3 or 4 minutes before serving.
