- 2 cups quick quaker oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup apricots (cut in small sections)
How To Make crock pot granola

Step 1Spray crock pot insert with Pam.

Step 2Combine oats, almonds, cinnamon and ginger in slow cooker.

Step 3In small bowl, whisk together oil and maple syrup. Pour into slow cooker, stir to combine. Cook, covered on low, about 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.

Step 4Use baking sheet covered with Parchment paper. Spread out contents from crock pot. Let cool. Add Craisins and Apricots.
