i made this recipe for people who love cinnamon roll,i came up of a goldmine of breakfast,in bread pudding style,it filled with peanut butter chips,it's a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients
- 10 - stale cinnamon rolls,cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup margarine,melted
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 6 - eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 package cream cheese,softened
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
How To Make cinnamon roll pudding

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl,combine cinnamon roll pieces,melted margarine,peanut butter chips and ground cinnamon;mix well,and transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.

Step 2Use the same bowl to beat the eggs. Stir in sugar,coconut extract and salt until sugar is dissolved. Slowly whisk in cold milk. Pour egg mixture over cinnamon roll mixture,sprinkle with nutmeg and set aside to soak in 5 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile,in a medium bowl,add cream cheese,heavy cream and brown sugar;whisk together until smooth.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes,or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Drizzle with cream mixture over the pudding.
