Chocolate "Muscle" Muffins
This recipe makes 12 muffins. Nutritional information is as follows:

1 1/4 cold fashioned oats
1 cwhole wheat flour
2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp100% whey protein (chocolate, vanilla, or any other)
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 cunsweetened applesauce
1/2 clow fat milk + 1/2 tsp white vinegar
2 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Chocolate "Muscle" Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients together.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredient mixture into the well. Mix together until just moistened. Stir in raisins.
- Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
