Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons 100% whey protein (chocolate, vanilla, or any other)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 - large egg
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup low fat milk + 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make chocolate "muscle" muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 3In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients together.

Step 4Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredient mixture into the well. Mix together until just moistened. Stir in raisins.

Step 5Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
