  • 1 c
    flax seed meal
  • 1/2 c
    whey protein
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c
    splenda for baking
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 large
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Chocolate Flaxseed Muffins (low-carb)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spray a 12 muffin pan with non-stick spray. Spoon batter evenly into muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
