- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder, instant
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, plus some extra for topping
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 can pumpkin
How To Make chocolate espresso pumpkin muffins

Step 1Preheat Oven to 350° F. Line regular size muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Step 2In a large bowl add the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, espresso powder and mix well. Add canned pumpkin, and Milk and mix until well blended. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips until evenly mixed. Using ice cream scoop, scoop batter into lined muffin tins. Top each muffin with a few extra chocolate chips, pressing lightly into the batter.

Step 3Bake on middle oven rack 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
