Line bottom of 13X9 pan with one can seamless crescent rolls. (I like to use a smaller size pan-11X8-because it makes it thicker). Mix together 2 packages cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, and 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Spread mixture on top of seamless crescent roll bottom and then place the other can of seamless crescent rolls on top of that. Brush top with egg white and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. When cool, drizzle with 1 cup of powdered sugar mixed with l tsp. vanilla, and enough milk for desired consistency.
