vanilla soy or almond milk
2 Tbsp
dried fruit
1 Tbsp
brow sugar or dark agave nectar or brown rice syrup

How to Make Breakfast Quinoa


  • 1In a medium saucepan, combine water, quinoa, and cinnamon; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer stirring occasionally until quinoa is soft and translucent and liquid is absorbed, an=bout 12-15 minutes. Stir in milk, dried fruit and sweetener.
  • 2serve immediately.
