Very healthy, satisfying & filling. I eat this for breakfast but it taste like dessert. Absolutely Delish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup old fashion oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups silk vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup english walnuts, chopped

How To Make breakfast/oatmeal/dessert

  • Step 1
    Put oatmeal in 8 cup microwaveable container, add soymilk & stir cook on high stiring every couple minutes for about 7-8 minutes, you might need to add a little more milk or cook a little longer until it almost as thick as you want it, add cranberries & nuts stir, adjust cooking time or milk til it looks right & taste right.

    You can use any kind of milk you want, Sometimes I use Almond or coconut milk....
