Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    old fashion oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c
    silk vanilla soymilk
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    english walnuts, chopped

How to Make Breakfast/Oatmeal/Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. Put oatmeal in 8 cup microwaveable container, add soymilk & stir cook on high stiring every couple minutes for about 7-8 minutes, you might need to add a little more milk or cook a little longer until it almost as thick as you want it, add cranberries & nuts stir, adjust cooking time or milk til it looks right & taste right.
  2. You can use any kind of milk you want, Sometimes I use Almond or coconut milk....
