How to Make Breadcrumb griddlecakes
- 1Soak the breadcrumbs in the buttermilk for several hours, ( I soaked them overnight in the refrigerator)
- 2Then stir in the rest of the ingredients using enough flour to make a thick batter.
- 3cook as you would regular pancakes. enjoy!!
- 4I used exactly 1/2 cup of flour, and I also used 2 T of sugar and the vanilla was my idea because I love vanilla
