Ingredients For blueberry protein bars
- TOPPING

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 cgolden raisins

1 cblueberries, fresh

1/2 crolled oats

1/2 cpumpkin seeds

1/4 calmonds, slivered

1/2 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 tspcinnamon
- BASE

2 crolled oats

2 Tbspcoconut oil

2ripened bananas

1 calmonds, slivered

6 Tbsppure maple syrup

1 scoopprotein powder, vanilla

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsea salt

2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make blueberry protein bars

1Preheat to 375. Line 9x12 dish with parchment.

2Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon. Bake 10 minutes.

3Now mix all topping ingredients. Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
