  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    golden raisins
  • 1 c
    blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp
  • BASE

  • 2 c
    rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 2
    ripened bananas
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 6 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop(s)
    protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Blueberry protein bars


  1. Preheat to 375.

    Line 9x12 dish with parchment.
  2. Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon.

    Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Now mix all topping ingredients.

    Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
