  • TOPPING

  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    golden raisins
  • 1 c
    blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • BASE

  • 2 c
    rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 2
    ripened bananas
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 6 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop(s)
    protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Blueberry protein bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat to 375.

    Line 9x12 dish with parchment.
  2. Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon.

    Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Now mix all topping ingredients.

    Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
