Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- BASE
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 - ripened bananas
- 1 cup almonds, slivered
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make blueberry protein bars

Step 1Preheat to 375. Line 9x12 dish with parchment.

Step 2Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon. Bake 10 minutes.

Step 3Now mix all topping ingredients. Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
