Ingredients

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 cgolden raisins

1 cblueberries, fresh

1/2 crolled oats

1/2 cpumpkin seeds

1/4 calmonds, slivered

1/2 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 tspcinnamon

BASE
-
2 crolled oats
-
2 Tbspcoconut oil
-
2ripened bananas
-
1 calmonds, slivered

6 Tbsppure maple syrup
-
1 scoop(s)protein powder, vanilla

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsea salt

2 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Blueberry protein bars
- Preheat to 375.
Line 9x12 dish with parchment. - Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon.
Bake 10 minutes. - Now mix all topping ingredients.
Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
