This recipe is a compilation of three we had previously made from site's. This happens to be our favorite combination.

Ingredients

  • TOPPING
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • BASE
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 - ripened bananas
  • 1 cup almonds, slivered
  • 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make blueberry protein bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat to 375. Line 9x12 dish with parchment.
  • Step 2
    Mix all base ingredients and transfer to pan. Spread and press down using the back of a spoon. Bake 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Now mix all topping ingredients. Add to base and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
