How to Make BANANA OATMEAL PANCAKES
- Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats and sugar. Set aside.
- In blender whirl banana until smooth. Add egg, buttermilk, and oil; whirl until smooth. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients, blending well. If batter is too thick, add more buttermilk one tablespoon at a time. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray.
- Serve with warmed applesauce and cinnamon.
