- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/4 cups low fat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make banana oatmeal pancakes

Step 1Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats and sugar. Set aside.

Step 2In blender whirl banana until smooth. Add egg, buttermilk, and oil; whirl until smooth. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients, blending well. If batter is too thick, add more buttermilk one tablespoon at a time. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Serve with warmed applesauce and cinnamon.
