banana nut pancakes
(1 RATING)
It's just me and my husband and he LOVES pancakes!I usually make pretty big pancakes out of this and get about 6. But if you make them smaller it should be good for 3 or 4 people. I took a basic recipe I found and changed it a little to make it healthier...fat free milk, splenda brown sugar, etc.

How To Make banana nut pancakes
-
Step 1I always start by beating the egg first and then adding the vanilla and brown sugar and finally the bananas. When that is beaten well together I add the bisquick a little at a time. I add the nuts last.
-
Step 2I make sure the griddle is hot and ready before I pour on the pancake batter. I cook them about 2 mins.
