- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped apples
- ADDED IN THE MORNING
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

Step 1Stack ingredients in order into a pint jar, do not include maple syrup. Stir ingredients enough to saturate oatmeal in the bottom, screw on lid and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Wake up in the morning, remove the lid, pop the jar in microwave for 60 seconds.

Step 3Add pure maple syrup.
