- 4 thick slices sour dough bread
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles
- - olive oil
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - red pepper flakes to taste
How To Make avocado toast

Step 1Toast the bread slices.

Step 2Peel. pit and mash the avocado.

Step 3Evenly spread the mashed avocado over the bread slices.

Step 4Crumble the cheese over each slice.

Step 5Drizzle each with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.

Step 6Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
