I love this healthy breakfast. I like mine spicy so I use a good bit of the red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

4 thick slice
sour dough bread
1 large
avocado
1/4 c
goat cheese crumbles
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste

Step-By-Step

1Toast the bread slices.
2Peel. pit and mash the avocado.
3Evenly spread the mashed avocado over the bread slices.
4Crumble the cheese over each slice.
5Drizzle each with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.
6Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
