gruyere cheese (shredded)
salt & pepper
paprika
fresh parsley for garnish

How to Make Avocado Egg Bake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut Avocado in half length wise. Remove pit.
  • 2scoop out a small amount of the avocado. Make enough space for one small egg to fit.
  • 3Crack one egg into each side of Avocado halves.
  • 43 Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paparika.
  • 54 Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 degrees
  • 6Sprinkle cheese on top & broil on low for 2 mins to melt.
  • 7garnish with minced fresh parsley
    Serve with whole wheat toast
