How to Make Avocado Egg Bake


  1. Cut Avocado in half length wise. Remove pit.
  2. scoop out a small amount of the avocado. Make enough space for one small egg to fit.
  3. Crack one egg into each side of Avocado halves.
  4. 3 Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paparika.
  5. 4 Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 degrees
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top & broil on low for 2 mins to melt.
  7. garnish with minced fresh parsley
    Serve with whole wheat toast
