- 1 - avocado
- 2 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons gruyere cheese (shredded)
- - salt & pepper
- - paprika
- - fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make avocado egg bake

Step 1Cut Avocado in half length wise. Remove pit.

Step 2scoop out a small amount of the avocado. Make enough space for one small egg to fit.

Step 3Crack one egg into each side of Avocado halves.

Step 43 Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paparika.

Step 54 Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 degrees

Step 6Sprinkle cheese on top & broil on low for 2 mins to melt.

Step 7garnish with minced fresh parsley Serve with whole wheat toast
