- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
How To Make amish oatmeal pancakes

Step 1soak oatmeal in buttermilk an hour. Beat eggs add to oatmeal mix. Add rest of ingredients and Mix well. Fry in greased frying pan.
