As a working mother I wanted my child to have a snack that was healthy yet yummy. I took this to Girl Scout meetings and school birthday parties. If you omit the M&M's it makes a great addition to oatmeal

- 1 can sunflower seeds without shell
- 1 package raisins
- 2 packages dried cranberries
- 1 package dried banana chips
- 1 package dried apples
- 1 can almonds
