2 carb pancake
Getting back on my low carb way of life. 2 years ago I was on a low carb diet that not only did I shed my extra weight I put on but made me feel great!! I tried to come up with a variety of foods. I had a recipe for a 1 carb muffin that i played around with and came up with this pancake. It is quick low carb and delish!!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - packet splenda or dash of sf syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamin
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon oil or applesauce
- - splash vanilla extract
How To Make 2 carb pancake

Step 1Mix dry ingredients, then add wet mix well. Pour into greased heated pan. Cook min on each side til golden brown. Serve with tab of butter and drizzle of SF syrup.
