Ingredients
- 2-2 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/4 cup yellow onions
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cajun poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup ancho chili powder
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon allspice, ground
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
How To Make turkey chorizo

Step 1Combine All ingredients. Keep in refrigerator overnight until ready to use. When ready to use shape into Patties to Fry. Make sure Griddle or Frying or Saute Pan is Hot enough to brown meat!!

Step 2Store leftover meat in a plastic airtight container, with a good seal on it!! Or you can fry Patties so they are cooked all the way through and freeze them that way as well!!
