Need is the mother of invention. I needed a sausage for a friend that was visiting who was allergic to pork. This was in the day before turkey sausage was commercially available.

- 1 - parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt, marjoram
- 1/4 - sage, freshly ground nutmeg, freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
