crushed dried red pepper
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp
fresh ground black pepper
2 1/2 lb
fresh ground pork

How to Make TALL PINES FARM SAUSAGE

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine 7 ingredients. Mix thoroughly . Add pork, mix with hands to blend well. Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight. Shape into 12 3 1/2-inch patties. Cook patties in a skillet over medium low heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Makes 12 patties.
