After a holiday we always have plenty of leftovers and trying to figure out different things to do with them can be a challenge sometimes. I took what was left in the fridge and made up some ham and cheese biscuits for a quick "grab and go" breakfast. These biscuits freeze really well for reheating.

These ham and cheese biscuits are very addicting! I had to stop myself from eating the whole plate. The biscuits themselves are light and flavorful! Each bite has a bit of salt from the ham and the sharpness from the cheese. A great grab and go breakfast or yummy snack. The Test Kitchen
