Ingredients
- 1 pound thick sliced bacon
- 1/2 cup packed, light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
How To Make glazed bacon

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arranges bacon slices on baking sheets. Bake until crisp . Mix sugar, sherry and mustard in a small bowl. Pour fat from bacon. Brush sugar glaze over slices. Bake 5 minutes, turn slices and brush with remaining glaze. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4-5 servings.
