Being a Nurse for more than 26 yrs makes you need a bit more healthy & fast. Morning was always bizzy, so I always make sure to grab, and not worry about if it was healhy or not, Energy is important. Give these a boost by adding the enrichables mix to them. Feel free to ask me about enrichables. No flour or eggs were used in the recipe By the way my hair is still the longest in the family because I eat my oatmeal everyday. :

Ingredients For yummy strawberry oat breakfast bars

  • 5
    bananas
  • 1 c
    almond butter
  • 4 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 c
    fresh diced strawberies
  • 1/4 c
    lily's sugar free chocolate chips semi sweet

How To Make yummy strawberry oat breakfast bars

  • Strawberry Oat Breakfast Bar on a baking sheet  with parchment paper & signature snowman cup of mine

    Place 5 medium size fresh bananas in a mixing bowl and mash then up. Then add your Almond Butter, Oats and strawberries, Mix to well combined, then fold in your chocolate chips

    Scoop out mix with a large scoop and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. They should be large size about 5-6 inches.

    Bake in preheated oven on 350' degrees for 15 minutes. Can be kept in refrigerator forup to 2 weeks and in freezer for 3 months. Enjoy.
