I did not create this recipe but love it so much I wish to share it. Especially good for warm summer mornings when you are hungry for oatmeal but don't want warm food.

Ingredients
- 2 - apples, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup apple juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup rolled oats, quick cooking
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons walnuts or almonds
- 2 tablespoons raisins or craisins
How To Make swiss oatmeal

Step 1Combine apples and juice. Stir in oats and honey. Add yogurt, nuts, raisins; stir to mix well. Put in refrigerator. Can keep for up to 2 days.
