Ingredients For pineapple casserole

1 csugar

6 Tbspall purpose flour

2 cgrated sharp cheese

2- 20 oz canpineapple chunks

6 Tbsppineapple juice, reserved

1 ccrushed ritz crackers

8 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make pineapple casserole

1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F

2Grease a medium casserole dish with butter

3In a large bowl stir together the sugar and flour. Stir in the cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks, and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.

4In another medium bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and reserved pineapple juice stirrinw with a rubber spatula until evenly blended. Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. ENJOY!

5P.S. I think this would be great if you added diced ham to it also.
