This is a good snack in the car or on the school bus when you wake up late and don't have time for breakfast or just want a quick healthy snack.

I portion into zip lock bags and keep in a canister in the pantry for when we are going on car trips and may not see a good place to get vegan food. or for breakfast when my husband gets up late for work and wants something he can eat in the car or at his desk while he works.
