Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    frash or frozen raspberries thawed
  • 3 Tbsp
    powderd sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 8 slice
    bread, white or wheat
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter divided

How to Make ORANGE RASPBERRY FRENCH TOAST

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine eggs, orange juice, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in container of electric blender. Blend well.
  2. Pour egg mixture into a shallow container.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture coating well on both sides.
  4. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet. Fry 4 slices bread slices until golden brown on each side.
  5. Repeat procedure with remaining butter and bread
  6. Lightly sprinkle with powderd sugar and raspberries.
