Ingredients For oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

  • 1/2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/2 c
    quick-cooking oats
  • 2 c
    1% milk
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    wymans frozen wild blueberries

How To Make oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

    In lg bowl, mix together both flours, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix oats and milk. Whisk in eggs and oil.

    Pour oat mix into flour mix and mix until smooth. Gently fold in berries. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat.

    Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Cook until pancake starts to bubble. Flip over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat w/ remaining batter.
