Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup wymans frozen wild blueberries
How To Make oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

Step 1In lg bowl, mix together both flours, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix oats and milk. Whisk in eggs and oil.

Step 2Pour oat mix into flour mix and mix until smooth. Gently fold in berries. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat.

Step 3Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Cook until pancake starts to bubble. Flip over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat w/ remaining batter.
