Ingredients

1/2 c
whole wheat flour
1/2 c
all purpose flour
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
baking powder
3/4 tsp
salt
1-1/2 c
quick-cooking oats
2 c
1% milk
3
eggs, beaten
1/4 c
olive oil
1 c
wymans frozen wild blueberries

How to Make Oatmeal and blueberry pancakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg bowl, mix together both flours, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix oats and milk. Whisk in eggs and oil.
  • 2Pour oat mix into flour mix and mix until smooth. Gently fold in berries. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat.
  • 3Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Cook until pancake starts to bubble. Flip over and cook until lightly browned. Repeat w/ remaining batter.
