I enjoy this mid day at work, as it is packed with protien and keeeps me going. Not over filling just right, especially if you have to eat at your desk.

Ingredients
- 6-8 ounces light or fat free yogurt: 80-100 calories usually
- 1/2 cup or 1 serving of your favorite granola
- 1 - serving of your favorite nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts etc.
- 2 - combination of any of the following fresh fruits: pineapple, peaches, nectarines, blackberries, blueberies, strawberries, pears, banana

Step 1Blend together in a bowl. I usually use two if not three fruits. This makes a bowl full of delightful healthiness and very filling.

Step 2I have not attempted melons in this combination. I have used dried fruits.
