- 1/3 cup greek yogurt, fat free
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make honey kiwi

Step 1Peel,Dice kewi in bite size pieces, Mix Greek yogurt & flax seed & honey. Fold in kiwi. Enjoy

Step 2You can also put diced kiwi in bowl, Greek yogurt next then flax seed & honey on top, Looks good & you get a sweet sour kinda taste.
