- 1/2 cup sliced almonds or walnuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots or cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups lowfat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- - yogurt for topping if desired
