- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add vanilla and 1 cup of milk until combined. The batter will still be dry. Add the mashed bananas and mix. Add the remaining 1/2 cup milk until smooth and the consistency you desire. Serve with syrup, whipped cream, and berries (blueberries are wonderful!).
