How to Make Healthy flaxseed and blueberry pancakes
- Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray and place over medium heat. In bowl, stir together pancake mix, and flaxseed meal.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour milk mix into pancake mix, stir until moistened.
- Spoon 1/4 cup batter into skillet, sprinkle w/ berries. Cook until bubbles form. Flip over and cook until light brown. Repeat w/ remaining batter and serve w/ warmed maple syrup.
