I love adding flaxseed to pancakes, cupcakes and other desserts, it adds a healthy, slightly nutty taste. You can use different fruit, like blackberries. They'll be just as good!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup pancake mix, i used bisquick heart healthy mix.
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup wyman's frozen wild blueberries, or fresh berries
How To Make healthy flaxseed and blueberry pancakes

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray and place over medium heat. In bowl, stir together pancake mix, and flaxseed meal.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour milk mix into pancake mix, stir until moistened.

Step 3Spoon 1/4 cup batter into skillet, sprinkle w/ berries. Cook until bubbles form. Flip over and cook until light brown. Repeat w/ remaining batter and serve w/ warmed maple syrup.
