granola cold cereal
This recipe was in my Grandma's recipe file , she got it from a woman named Sue Buckman ( probably a friend). It sounds very delicious and healthy too. **Recipe is untried by me**

Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups fine cut coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 3/4 cup corn meal
- 3/4 cup cream of wheat or rice ,
- 1-1/2 cup (unroasted ) sunflower seeds

- 1/2 cup peanut-butter
- 1 cup oil
- 1-1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1-1/2 cup water
How To Make granola cold cereal

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 °

Step 2Mix the oil and peanut-butter together until well blended , add the nuts and blend ; blend the water with the oil mixture and pour over all the rest of the ingredients and mix well ; Breaking lumps with hands.

Step 3Before putting the cereal in the oven ; turn the oven down to 200° and put the cereal in.

Step 4Bake for 2 hours ; Stirring every 15 minutes ; until light brown .

Step 5Store in glass jars until ready to use.
