gluten free old fashioned oats
brown sugar (packed)
apple..peeled and finely chopped
How to Make Gluten- Free Baked Oatmeal
1Place raisins in a small bowl.
Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
2Meanwhile,in a large bowl,combine the oats,brown sugar,pie spice,and salt.
Stir in milk,apple and butter.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain raisins;stir into oat mixture.
3Transfer to an 8" baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
4Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
