This recipe is from my weight loss program. I tried it once and it was good just couldn't get them thick. Will keep trying til I get it right.

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 - scoop vanilla protein powder
- 8 ounces egg substitute
- - non-stick cooking spray
- - sugar free syrup
- - non-fat milk or soy milk (optional)
How To Make family favorite pancakes

Step 1In a blender add all of the ingredients (except the syrup and non-stick spray) in order of appearance.

Step 2Blend for 8-10 seconds. If mixture is too thick, you can add a drop of non-fat or soy milk.

Step 3Preheat a non-stick frying pan or spray with a non-stick cooking spray. On Medium heat, pour 4 in. by 4 in. pancake.

Step 4Flip when you see air bubbles on the top. Cook on the second side uncovered until bottom is golden brown.

Step 5Serve and top with a sugar free syrup such as Cozy Cottage.
