How to Make Extra Ruby Red Grapefruit
- Peel and section each grapefruit, saving all of the juice for another use. Place sections in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the sugar, water and raspberries until sugar is dissolved (or heat the jam and water until all is dissolved and liquid).
- Remove from the heat, and puree in the blender. Strain. Pour strained juice over grapefruit. Chill and serve.
