Ingredients
- 50 - dandelion flower
- 1 pound chopped green apples
- 1 quart water
- - juice and zest of 1 lemon
How To Make dandelion syrup

Step 1Put the chopped apples, dandelion flower, juice and zest, and water in a pot and let simmer for 1 half hour.

Step 2Pour the mesh through a lined strainer so juice is clear and yellow. Weigh the juice and pour back into pot. Use the same amount of sugar as the juice weighs

Step 3Bring the juice to a boil until it thickens ,bring careful to not it boil to long, it must not change color. Pour the syrup into scalded glasses you then have syrup .

Step 4Makes pancakes, waffles, Pork chops Yummy
