- 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 - mango, peeled, and cubed
- 1 cup cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
How To Make creamy coconut mango quinoa breakffast

Step 1Warm coconut milk and cinnamon in a medium pot. Add the quinoa and cook, covered, for about 25 minutes on low medium heat. Before the quinoa absorbs all of the coconut milk, add the mango and cook for 5 more minutes until it is fluffy. Drizzle agave nectar on top.
