1In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, beat well. In another bowl, stir together flour, and sugar. Make a well in center.
2Beat milk, butter and vanilla into cream cheese mix. Pour into well of cream cheese mix. Stir until just moistened. Stir in blueberries.
3Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Cook until bubbly, flip over and continue to cook until lightly browned. Repeat w/ batter. Serve w/ warmed maple syrup or jam.
