Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons flax-chia blend
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • - pinch of salt
  • - toasted coconut flakes for topping

How To Make coconut-strawberry overnight oats

  • Step 1
    Mix together oats, flax-chia, coconut milk, yogurt, strawberries, honey and salt in a small bowl or sealable jar.
  • Step 2
    Place in refrigerator at least one hour or overnight.
  • Step 3
    To serve, top with coconut flakes and fresh sliced strawberries. You may also warm up if desired.
