Ingredients

  • 1/3 c
    rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp
    flax-chia blend
  • 1/4 c
    coconut milk
  • 1/4 c
    yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    fresh strawberries, sliced (plus more for topping)
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • ·
    toasted coconut flakes for topping

How to Make Coconut-Strawberry Overnight Oats

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together oats, flax-chia, coconut milk, yogurt, strawberries, honey and salt in a small bowl or sealable jar.
  2. Place in refrigerator at least one hour or overnight.
  3. To serve, top with coconut flakes and fresh sliced strawberries. You may also warm up if desired.
