- 2 tablespoons flax-chia blend
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (plus more for topping)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- - pinch of salt
- - toasted coconut flakes for topping
How To Make coconut-strawberry overnight oats

Step 1Mix together oats, flax-chia, coconut milk, yogurt, strawberries, honey and salt in a small bowl or sealable jar.

Step 2Place in refrigerator at least one hour or overnight.

Step 3To serve, top with coconut flakes and fresh sliced strawberries. You may also warm up if desired.
