Coconut-Strawberry Overnight Oats

1/3 crolled oats
2 Tbspflax-chia blend
1/4 ccoconut milk
1/4 cyogurt, plain or vanilla
1/4 cfresh strawberries, sliced (plus more for topping)
·pinch of salt
·toasted coconut flakes for topping
How to Make Coconut-Strawberry Overnight Oats
- Mix together oats, flax-chia, coconut milk, yogurt, strawberries, honey and salt in a small bowl or sealable jar.
- Place in refrigerator at least one hour or overnight.
- To serve, top with coconut flakes and fresh sliced strawberries. You may also warm up if desired.
