My grandson Cayden loves oatmeal. I had made this as filling for thumbprint cookies and decided to add a a couple of spoonfuls into his oatmeal for something "different". Now before he asks for oatmeal, he asks if I have some of that "Red yummy stuff". **I also like to add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes during the cooking process if I using this for a "sweet & spicy glaze" for ribs or pork loin.** I also like to change the cup of water to Pomegranate juice if I have some on hand.
