- 1 cup irish oatmeal or scottish porridge
- - enough water to cook oatmeal to your desired consistency
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
