Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup butter or margerine, softened
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
How To Make blueberry breakfast delight

Step 1Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the softened butter or margerine and mix well. Separate the the egg whites from the yolks.

Step 2Add the egg yolks and milk to the dry mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter. Gently add the blueberries.

Step 3Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes or until a test toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY !!
