This is a simple, light recipe great for breakfast or brunch. For a dinner dessert add cool whip or vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter or margerine, softened
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries

How To Make blueberry breakfast delight

  • Step 1
    Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the softened butter or margerine and mix well. Separate the the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Step 2
    Add the egg yolks and milk to the dry mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter. Gently add the blueberries.
  • Step 3
    Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes or until a test toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY !!
