Blueberry Breakfast Delight
For a dinner dessert add cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
- 2 c
- all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c
- 2/3 c
- butter or margerine, softened
- 1 Tbsp
- baking powder
- 3/4 c
- 3 c
- fresh blueberries
How to Make Blueberry Breakfast Delight
- 1Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the softened butter or margerine and mix well.
Separate the the egg whites from the yolks.
- 2Add the egg yolks and milk to the dry mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
Gently add the blueberries.
- 3Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350' for 45 minutes or until a test toothpick comes out clean.
