Perfect for breakfast....warm with butter or marmalade...you can make this batter the night before and bake fresh in the morning...YUM

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 stick butter,melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 3 - bananas, ripened and smashed

    In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.

    in another bowl, combine the wet ingredients...
  • Step 3
    pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well to make a batter.
  • Step 4
    this can be made in a loaf pan or individual portions, using a cupcake pan...
  • Step 5
    bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 mins...depending on your oven....serve warm with butter or any marmalade/preserves
