Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 - packets of stevia
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 - ripe bananas, smashed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

How To Make banana breakfast muffins

  • Step 1
    In one bowl combine dry ingredients, In another bowl the wet.
  • Step 2
    Then mix together and fill individual muffins tins, top with sliced almonds.
  • Step 3
    bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins, or until a toothpick insert comes out clean.
